Prices are posted and the total is confirmed before any service begins. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, though weekends and late afternoons are the busiest times. The salon recommends calling ahead for Saturdays, groups of three or more, and detailed photo-matched nail art.

Several services are done in specific ways. Gel and Gel-X are removed by acetone soak-off rather than drilling or peeling. Dip powder is applied to each client separately rather than from a shared jar, and it needs no UV lamp. Tools are sanitized between clients, and pedicures are not performed on active toenail fungus, with a podiatrist visit advised first.

Visits include free parking at the door, free Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks and snacks, and a treat for young guests at the end of their visit. Kids are welcome. The salon says its built-in ventilation runs whenever it is open and keeps the studio near odor-free.
