Color services range from a paid color consultation, where goals, inspiration photos, color history and upkeep are discussed one-on-one, through to balayage, highlights, ombre and color correction. Balayage is described as a softer grow-out, while highlights are placed through the hair for a more defined, streaky finish. Color correction is handled after a consultation, since the process, timing and cost depend on the hair. Highlift retouch refreshes the roots on existing color without bleach and is recommended every four to six weeks.

Extension services begin with a consultation covering length, color matching, extension types, pricing, maintenance and what the client wants. Clients who had sewn-in wefts installed four to six weeks earlier can book a move-up appointment.

Opening hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Booking is online, with a deposit required for each service, and clients who need to change an appointment are asked to contact the studio directly. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours.

Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
