The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. New haircut and color clients who have not visited a stylist before must complete an email consultation before booking, and an appointment booked without a completed consultation is cancelled. Consultations are handled by email at the salon's consultations address. Most services include a blow dry unless the listing says otherwise.

The color menu runs from brow tinting and toners to glosses, single color, partial and full highlights, root bleach and all-over bleach or foils. Single color starts at $105 and full highlights start at $250. Corrective color, all-over bleach or foils and weddings each require an email consultation first.
