A consultation, priced from $1 and running about an hour or more, covers test strands, the client's hair goals, their color needs and pricing. New clients booking a cut start at $150 for roughly 90 minutes, which includes a custom consultation; returning clients start at $85 for about 30 minutes, also beginning with a custom consultation. Cut packages include a Deluxe option with a detox treatment, steam and product education, a Signature option with a cut, styling or diffusing and product education, and an Express dry cut. Pixie and clipper cuts are not offered.

Color services are finished with K18 across the board. Options include color retouches for grey coverage starting at $125, where roots under an inch are ideal and extra product at $45 per bowl may be needed; glaze, toner or gloss starting at $125; accent color with about 10 or fewer foils at the front hairline, with toner, from $150; color removal for hard water and mineral buildup from $150; all-over single process color from $215; bleach retouch from $225; partial custom color for balayage or highlights from $225 for about three hours or more; and full custom color with foils over the whole head from $300 for about 3.5 hours or more. Double process color correction requires a consultation first and is billed at $125 per hour, for about four hours.

Booking carries some firm rules. Cancelling or rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice; inside 48 hours the card on file is charged 50% of the service price, inside 24 hours 75%, and same-day changes or no-shows 95%. A consultation cancelled under 48 hours or missed is charged $50. If a card on file is not valid, a 95% rebooking fee and a non-refundable deposit apply to future bookings. Clients receive a text 72 hours before the appointment and confirm through a link in it. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200 or $250 amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
