Hair extensions are a major part of the menu. Extension work starts with a consultation before booking and requires a deposit. New guests can book a longer consultation of up to an hour, and its fee is credited toward extensions if they go ahead. A separate 40-minute extension consultation is also offered, and an extension appointment runs about two hours.

Color covers custom full color, partial and full highlights, mini highlights, root touch-ups for grey coverage and color correction. Custom color includes the K18 treatment, and a metal detox pre-treatment can be added before color or lightening. Fashion color needs a phone consultation first.
