Rather than sharing a salon floor, each professional rents a private suite month to month, with no long-term lease required. Monthly rent covers utilities except the renter's phone, and professional liability insurance is included.

Each suite comes with basic equipment: a wash bowl, styling chair, shampoo chair, dryer and cabinet for hair suites, or a spa sink and cabinet for spa suites.
