Services are grouped into color, hair and treatments. The studio is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 7pm and Fridays from 9am to 3pm.

New guests fill out a new guest form and book online with a credit card. KiKi then sends each new guest a personal email. At the first appointment, the stylist asks about short-term and longer-term hair goals before any work begins. Visits typically finish with a style, take-home product suggestions and the booking of the next maintenance appointment. Photos are taken to track how the hair changes over time.

The salon uses only salon-exclusive products. Color options include a regrowth touch-up, foil highlights, all-over color, a trim-tone-and-treat service and balayage. The Brighten option is a lighter color for guests who usually get balayage or highlights without root color, and it includes a haircut and blowout. The Camouflage option covers gray hair only, with no highlights or foil, and also includes a haircut and blowout. Hair services include haircuts, blowouts (including natural blowouts and silk press for natural hair), and updos. Treatments include Complete Recovery, Olaplex Mini, an oil treatment, Redken Shot Phase and an Olaplex salon treatment.

Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. A fee of 50% of booked services applies to cancellations made later than that, and it is not a deposit. Arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment is forfeited and must be rebooked, with a 50% fee of the day's booked services. Clients who cancel late or do not show must pay their balance before booking again. Reminders go out by text and email, but clients are responsible for keeping track of their own appointments. Color or haircut adjustments made within seven days are free for paying clients, and refunds are not offered. The salon is not responsible for hair damage from chemical services, and clients choose their own retail products.
