According to the salon's booking site, it has served Voorhees and surrounding towns for more than 30 years.

Visits are by appointment only, and every service needs one. Clients text the salon's check-in number when they arrive and wait outside until they are texted to come in. Arriving five to ten minutes early is requested, and clients can ask for a preferred stylist when booking. Shampoos must be scheduled together with the original appointment, and straightening blowouts are only done when that specific appointment has been booked.

Cuts for ages 0 to 9 and first haircuts are $22, and cuts for ages 10 and up are $25. Boys' partial cuts are $15 and outlines are $10. Bangs cost $6 under age 2 and $8 from age 2 up, baby bangs and big girl bangs are priced the same way, and a basic shampoo is $6. Braids for girls ages 0 to 9 start at $5, brush tangles start at $6, and shampoo and blowouts start at $21 for ages 0 to 9 and $26 for ages 10 and up.

Every cut includes a spray until wet, the chosen cut and a natural blow-dry, and cuts are guaranteed for one week, with concerns handled by phone. The salon does not offer services that use chemicals. It uses one cape per child or family, places used capes in a closed container to be washed with bleach, and cleans chairs and the register system with isopropyl alcohol after each use. Teens who need full straightening blowouts for naturally curly hair should call ahead, since the salon mainly serves young children.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, with the last appointment at 5:30 pm on weekdays and 1:30 pm on Saturdays. It is closed Sundays, Mondays and most major holidays. Cash, credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay are accepted, there is an ATM on site, and gratuities cannot be added to card payments.
