Manicures are sorted into Minimal, Standard and Elevated levels. The Minimal manicure is a quick dry service covering trimming, filing, light cuticle care, buffing and cuticle oil. The Standard manicure adds buffing, a hand massage and cuticle oil. The Elevated manicure uses Aesop products and adds extra massage and hot towels. A Russian manicure is also offered, focused on cuticle care with e-file techniques. For any manicure level, clients can choose no polish, Dazzle Dry, gel polish or dip.

Pedicures come in Basic, Standard and Elevated styles. The Standard pedicure includes buffing, shaping, cuticle softening, massage and a choice of scrub and soak scents. The Elevated pedicure uses Aesop products and adds an extended soak, exfoliation, a leg and foot mask, hot towels and a two-minute massage. Kids manicures and pedicures are simpler wet services with trimming and buffing, cuticle care on request, and a choice of Dazzle Dry or gel polish.

Extensions and gel work are a major part of the menu. Gel-X extensions are soft gel applied over natural nails in short, medium, long and extra long lengths. The basic Gel-X service with a basic manicure takes about 60 to 90 minutes, and the elevated version with an elevated manicure takes 90 to 100 minutes and includes a sugar scrub, hot towel mask and hand massage. According to the studio, gel lasts about two to three weeks and extensions about three to four weeks before an infill is recommended. Builder gel, which strengthens gel polish and adds length, is priced as an add-on. Builder gel fill-ins are for returning clients only and are not offered on foreign sets.

Packages and memberships are offered for regular visits and special occasions. The bridal package runs three months from the wedding date with monthly services, a 10% discount for the bridal party and 15% off retail. The groom package covers a basic or standard manicure and pedicure for three months, with a free upgrade to Elevated services during wedding week. The prenatal and postnatal package runs three months with one standard manicure and pedicure or a Russian manicure a month, 15% off retail and an option to upgrade. Memberships include the Pedi at $90, the Mani at $145 and the Mani plus Pedi at $160, each with discounted monthly services and perks such as chrome nail art and free repairs. Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the appointment; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total.

Services are organized into clear tiers, with Aesop and Parsley Seed products used in the elevated services, and tools are sanitized after each use according to the studio.
