Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is applied to the service. Cancelling forfeits the deposit, and an appointment can be rescheduled once. The remaining balance is paid at the appointment by Zelle, Venmo, cash or Apple Pay. Clients should come alone, leave large bags in the car, and stay home if they feel unwell.

The studio calls its V-facial its signature service. The one-hour treatment opens with a eucalyptus and lavender cleanse, then includes extractions, steam, a jelly mask, high frequency and a finishing glow oil. Shorter add-ons include a jelly mask and an LED light treatment, each about 30 minutes, and a 30-minute high frequency facial.

Lash services include the Korean lash lift and tint, a volume refill, and classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with appointment lengths from about 1 hour 15 minutes to 3 hours 45 minutes. Mobile lash appointments are available and cost $20 less when done in the studio.

The waxing menu runs from lip, chin and eyebrow to full arms, legs, chest and body, including bikini and Brazilian options. The Let you kitty flourish bundle combines a Brazilian wax with a double cleanse, extractions, ingrown hair removal, a customized hydro jelly mask and an aloe moisturizer treatment in about 1 hour 30 minutes.
