The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday starting at 9:30 AM, Wednesday closing at 7:30 PM, Thursday open until 8 PM, Friday until 5 PM and Saturday until 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations open on the 20th of each month at 6 PM Eastern, and a $50 deposit holds an appointment and is applied to the total. Sunday and Monday bookings carry a $75 fee.

The sew-in menu covers signature sew-ins, closure sew-ins that use glue-less installs with HD lace closures, and flip-over sew-ins with no defined part. Sew-in maintenance visits are booked one to four weeks after an install. The studio also sells raw and virgin extension hair, which it describes as unprocessed and ethically sourced.
