Keratin Studio focuses on changing hair structure for clients who want curly hair to look straight or frizzy hair to look smooth. It also offers treatments that rebuild hair damaged by bleaching, dyeing or other chemical processes. Each treatment is adjusted to the client's hair texture, density and level of damage, and the studio describes its products as premium and its formulas as safe.

The studio states that results last up to six months. On heavily bleached or damaged hair, the first treatment may last around three months, while healthier hair with proper care may keep results six months or longer. Recommended home care includes professional-grade shampoo and conditioner and gentle brushes such as Tangle Teezer rather than rubber-tipped brushes. Trimming damaged ends is suggested to help treatments last longer.

Before a treatment, clients are asked to wash their hair within 24 hours, brush it thoroughly and avoid styling products. A free consultation is offered by text, and for that visit hair should be washed with shampoo only. Keratin | Botox takes at least three and a half hours, and cold recovery takes at least three hours, according to the booking profile. Tips are not included in the total. Payment can be made by Zelle, cash, Venmo, Apple Cash or Cash App, and paying with a card on file adds 3%. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
