New clients can book a free 20-minute consultation covering hair goals, a hair assessment and a plan. Extension clients get a free 30-minute consultation that covers goals, color matching, method and a plan before installation. Vivid color and keratin complex treatment also require a consultation for new clients.

The studio is open Tuesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Payments are accepted.
