Visits begin with an in-depth consultation, available in person or by phone. Color is charged by the time and products used, color correction starts at $100 per hour, and pricing tiers reflect stylist experience, education and demand. On-site and on-location wedding services are priced by custom quote.

Beyond hair, the salon offers skin care services in house and make-up application, bridal hair and make-up trials. It is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, closed Monday, and Sunday by appointment.
