Each bridal client is paired with a dedicated beauty coordinator who reserves the artist, sets up a trial and plans the timeline for the wedding day. The three bridal packages, The Soho, The Chelsea and The Kensington, rise in what they include, from a dry hairstyle and strip lashes at the entry level to skin prep, Luxx lashes, body glow and a full touch-up kit at the top. Bridal bookings come with individual invoices.

The house style is soft, natural glam that aims to bring out each client's own features. The artists are trained as a team to produce that look, and the company says they work with all skin tones and hair textures. Clients with allergies, sensitive skin or product preferences can ask for alternatives in advance and are not asked to bring their own foundation unless they have an allergy or preference.

Outside weddings, the team offers hair and makeup for special events such as engagement photos, family portraits, showers, bachelorette parties and galas, along with photoshoot, commercial and corporate work like shine-free stage makeup and airbrushing. Pop-up makeup bars at events are available on inquiry. Private one-to-one makeup lessons are also offered.

The team works toward a soft, natural glam that suits each client and trains its artists together around that signature style.
