A team of seven doctors covers comprehensive and contact lens exams, pediatric eye exams, and management of conditions including macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye and cataracts.
A comprehensive eye exam usually runs 30 to 60 minutes. Dilating the pupils adds roughly 20 to 30 minutes, and the dilation typically lasts 4 to 8 hours afterward. Adults are generally advised to book a comprehensive exam every one to two years, while children are usually seen first at around six months and again at age three.
Emergency eye care is available through on-call coverage at all hours for sudden vision changes, objects stuck in the eye, eye injuries and irritated eyes.
All three offices keep the same schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, closed on weekends.
Care is built around each patient's goals, habits and overall health, with personalized plans and visits tailored to lifestyle from the first conversation. The practice recommends annual comprehensive exams for most adults and keeps patients informed and educated about their eye health.
The practice describes its environment as welcoming and patient-centered.
