Each visit begins with a one-to-one skin diagnosis using high-resolution skin imaging and a barrier-health assessment, and treatments are chosen for that client's skin rather than from a fixed menu. The Customized Facial is the core 45-minute appointment and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, lymphatic massage and LED. Every visit ends with a written at-home routine and a recommended schedule.

Stem Cell Micro-Channeling is the studio's anti-aging signature treatment, and the studio says it is the service clients request most often. Microchanneling makes controlled vertical micro-perforations in the epidermis with a stamping motion, then applies stem-cell-derived growth factors and peptides. A session takes about 60 minutes, and most clients book three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with maintenance roughly every eight to twelve weeks. It is not performed on the same day as a facial or during pregnancy.

New clients can book the Introductory Skin Analysis Facial for $49, a 45-minute visit that includes a consultation, custom facial and at-home roadmap; the regular price is $250. Clients who want ongoing care may be invited to the Kennedy Skincare Program after that first facial, a 90-day membership with no commitment that includes monthly custom facials at member pricing, quarterly skin re-imaging, a curated homecare routine and priority booking. Clients outside Newport Beach or unsure where to start can book a free 15-minute virtual consultation with Kelsey first.

The studio does not offer injectables or laser treatments, and it refers clients elsewhere for filler and Botox. Clients confirm they have no contraindications when booking, complete an intake form covering skin history, and avoid retinol for three days before an appointment if they use it. Clients on Accutane, or who have had filler or Botox in the last two weeks, are not eligible for the facial according to the studio, and pregnant clients can receive modified facials.

The studio works from a corrective, diagnosis-led view, building each treatment around the individual client's skin and aiming to address the underlying cause of a concern rather than only the surface.
