The color menu runs from a simple toner and a color gloss with a finish up to partial and full foil highlights with toner, and balayage with soft baby highlights on top and mostly color underneath. Haircuts are offered for children up to age 12, men and women, along with bang trims and buzz cuts. Permanent waves add body or curls and include a haircut, and there is a deep conditioning treatment and a shampoo-and-style service.

Booking runs on a few clear rules. Walk-ins are welcome, but booked appointments are guaranteed. Guests who need to reschedule are asked to give 24 hours notice, and a missed appointment without a phone call is charged half the service price. Extension consultations are free and take about 15 minutes.
