A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, which runs about 30 minutes. It is open to new and returning clients and is a chance to talk through treatment options and skincare products before booking anything. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup when possible for filler and neurotoxin visits.

The laser menu has three AuraLux treatments. 3DMIRACL is a superficial session of 10 to 15 minutes with minimal downtime and no numbing needed. REFRESH works on the skin's surface and targets fine lines, mild to moderate discoloration and texture. RENEW reaches deeper into the dermis to support collagen remodeling, wrinkle reduction and scar improvement. A separate laser pigmentation removal service is also offered, and a post-treatment kit is included in laser pricing.

For injectables, Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeaveau are offered. A neurotoxin follow-up is booked two to three weeks after treatment, and the business says results last three to four months depending on dosage, with gradual improvement over up to two weeks. Dermal fillers include Restylane, Versa, Voluma, Volux and SkinVive, and a filler follow-up is booked four to six weeks after treatment. A combined neurotoxin and filler appointment is booked for 1 hour 30 minutes. Sculptra, a biostimulator that works to stimulate collagen, is also offered and is booked for 1 hour 30 minutes.
