Extensions are offered in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, each as a fill or a full set. Mega volume sets place feather-weight lashes as individual fans on each natural lash. A volume full set takes about 90 to 110 minutes, and eyelash application generally runs from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Beyond extensions, the studio offers a keratin lash lift that uses silicone shields in small, medium or large sizes, chosen by eye shape and natural lash length; the salon says the lift takes about 45 minutes and lasts up to six weeks. Lash and brow tinting, brow henna, brow lamination and waxing are also available, and a transparent facial mask can be added to a lash visit.

Mobile appointments can be booked at home, a hotel or an office, including out of state. Brow and lash service prices may vary by location. Prices for appointments with Kelly Mattson are the standard listed prices, and other certified aestheticians at the studio offer reduced prices. Gift certificates are sold at the studio; they are non-refundable and valid for one year from purchase. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to the remaining time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is charged at 50 percent of the appointment, or 100 percent for mobile clients.

The studio also offers eyelash extension training for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists. The class runs 2 days for 12 hours, is priced from $950, and includes live model practice covering safety, the hair growth cycle, improper application, tools, application, removal, aftercare and building a business. Students must complete at least 60 lashes per eye with even placement and no adhesive on the skin. Tuition and supply fees are final and non-refundable, and students are responsible for checking their state licensing board requirements.

Each extension is applied to a single natural lash with a water-resistant adhesive. Clients are advised to keep lashes dry for 12 to 24 hours after application, use only water-based mascara and eye makeup remover, and book touch-ups every four to six weeks.
