Color work is done with Goldwell products, which the salon describes as using cutting-edge technology for long-lasting results. Options range from toners and glosses and root touch-ups to whole-head color, partial and full highlights, foilyage, and bleach with toner for blonde or fashion shades.

Appointments run Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. First-time clients and those making major color changes may be asked to have a consultation first. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Late cancellations may be charged a percentage of the service cost, and no-shows may be charged the full appointment price or asked to prepay. Exceptions are made for emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
