Cuts are done dry, with curls left in their natural state rather than wet and stretched. Each visit opens with a connection consultation and closes with styling tips for home and a maintenance schedule. Clients making a major color change, new guests, and anyone who has gone more than six months since their last color service need a complimentary Major Color Change Consultation.

The color menu covers grey coverage root touch-ups for clients who have had grey covered before, a single-step grey coverage service for clients new to covering grey or with more new growth, and partial or full blonding that includes gloss and Olaplex. The express color menu offers a quick gloss for established highlight clients, a demi-permanent gloss refresh for shine, toning or blending fine grey, and a face frame highlight for the hairline and part. Treatments include a masque, scalp care for build-up or irritation, two shine and strengthening options, a bond-building service using Olaplex or Aveda Botanical Repair, and a detox therapy for pool, lake, river or hard water buildup. Treatments and glosses can be added to most haircuts or color services.

Policies: clients arriving more than 15 minutes late have their appointment rescheduled and are charged a rebooking fee. A no-call, no-show is charged the booked appointment time to the card on file. The pre-visit consultation should be completed at least 24 hours ahead, and hair should be fully dry for a first appointment and no more than three days past wash day. Children are only permitted in the salon when getting their own hair done. Concerns about a service must be raised within one week for adjustments, and retail products can be returned within seven days. The salon accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.

Cuts curls dry in their natural state rather than wet and stretched, and each visit begins with a connection consultation and ends with home styling tips and a maintenance schedule.
