The color menu runs from toner and root retouches to all-over solid color, hairline highlights, a partial refresh for dimensional red hair, and transformation color. Hairline highlights cover highlights, balayage or dimensional color along the front or back hairline and include a blowout. Transformation color starts at $450 and needs a consultation before it can be booked. Color consultations are free and last 20 minutes, in person or over Zoom, to talk through hair goals and next steps.

Haircuts are priced by client status. New clients get a wash, cut and basic blowout with extra time for the consultation, starting at $105. Returning clients can book a haircut and blowout for $90, or a dry haircut for minor shape-ups at $70 (not for transformation cuts; arrive with dry hair styled as usual). A haircut with color is booked only alongside a color service in the same appointment. A haircut consultation is free and lasts 15 minutes, and clients who want a cut and color should book both consultations. Extra time is complimentary for hair that is very thick or reaches past the shoulder blades when worn back.

Booking policies: a 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to appointments cancelled with less than 36 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the appointment time counts as a no-show. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
