Keep it Kinky is a hair salon in Charlotte that works with natural hair, including locks and microlocks. It is located in Suite 104 inside My Salon Suite, behind The Cook Out.
New clients are asked to book either a Consultation or a New Client Hair Reset before their first visit. Detangling and take-down services are not part of standard services and can be booked as add-ons. Clients are asked to arrive prepared for their appointment.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, though one transfer is allowed before an additional deposit is required. A 15-minute grace period applies, and appointments not arrived for within it are canceled and charged 50% of the service cost. No-show clients are charged 50% and must pay in full before booking again. After-hours appointments are available for an additional fee. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, and debit, and a 4% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
