Color is the core of the menu, from toners and glossing through root touch-ups, full tints, mini-highlights, partial and half-head highlights, balayage and full highlights. Bleach and tone, color correction, creative color and men's color camouflage are also offered. Cuts include women's and men's haircuts, bang trims and beard trims. Blowouts and iron work are available, and treatments include Milbon and Rene Furterer options and a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.

A complimentary 10 to 15 minute consultation is offered before a first-time service, though it is encouraged rather than required. Appointments can be booked online or by calling or texting. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Prices vary with hair length, thickness and texture, and treatment prices do not include a blow dry unless one is added to a haircut or other service.
