Head spa is a therapeutic treatment focused on scalp health and self-care. Every session includes a chelating treatment with a steam cap, which works to lift hard-water minerals and buildup from the hair and scalp; clients may opt out of this step. Peaceful Bliss runs 60 minutes for $139 and covers a scalp analysis, a choice of a nutrient-rich scalp oil or an exfoliating scalp scrub, scalp massage, cleansing and detox chelation, warm micro mist, a decollete massage, a water cascade, a nourishing hair mask and a leave-in hair elixir. Ultimate Renewal is a 90-minute version for $179 that adds a Holistic ExpressFacial with Korean skincare.

The facials are offered separately from the head spa sessions. Vitality Facial takes 45 minutes and costs $65, and includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, toner, serum, eye cream and hydration, along with decollete, scalp and facial massage, using Korean skincare products. Radiant Facial takes 60 minutes and costs $85, adding a sculpting facial massage with gua sha and ice globes.

Clients can build their own session from the customization menu. Options include a collagen lip mask, under-eye masks, an enzyme exfoliant that can upgrade the facial in Ultimate Renewal, and foot or hand and arm massages with hot towels, each at $9 to $18. Long, thick or tangly hair carries an add-on fee of $20 to $35 based on extra time and product; the spa says this fee may be adjusted or removed at checkout based on what was actually used. Gift cards are sold on the website. The business does not offer styling services.

The business describes its products as science-driven and botanically based, and frames its sessions as a mix of relaxation and restorative care for the scalp and mind. It recommends a head spa every four, six or eight weeks, and at least once a quarter for buildup.
