The studio describes its aim as braiding with comfort in mind and high quality work, and says it works with all hair types and textures and customizes each style to the client. Braids typically take 3 to 8 hours depending on the style and hair texture, and knotless braids usually take 4 to 6 hours. Service times vary and the studio says work is not rushed, so clients are advised not to book on the same day as an event.

Its menu covers box braids, knotless and French knotless braids, bohemian and gypsy knotless braids, cornrows, Fulani braids, kids braids starting around age 5, and men's hair braids. Twist options include bomb or spring twists, micro twists and Senegalese twists. For locs there is maintenance and a retie package, and for locs or natural hair there are microlocs and interlocking from the tip to the roots. Sew-in installs and touch-up appointments are also offered.

Clients can add premium hair care products during booking, and products are delivered to the customer's door. Before-and-after videos are recorded, and clients can ask not to be filmed when they book. Remaining balances can be paid in cash, by Zelle, Cash App or credit card.
