Braids are sorted by size and length. Standard braiding hair is included in the listed braid prices. Boho hair is not included and clients bring their own. Braid colors 1, 1B and 2 are available, or clients can bring their own hair. Suggested hair for braids is X-pression Outre, about 42 inches for mid-back and 52 inches for waist length or longer.

Beyond braids, the menu covers cornrows and lemonade braids, crochet and Freetress styles, Senegalese, knotless, Havana, spring and kinky twists, tribal braids, soft locs and retwists, and men's Travis Scott style braids. There are also touch-up and take-down services for braids already in, and lash extension full sets and refills in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Consultations are available to help clients choose a style.

Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are not accepted, so availability should be checked first. Bookings can be made by phone or online. Hair should be clean and detangled before the visit unless a wash is included. Payment is by cash or Zelle, with cash preferred. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. According to the terms, refunds are not offered. The salon also states that it has served 1,000 or more clients.
