Waxing is organized into three time-based tiers: express waxing for small areas in about 20 minutes, standard waxing for larger areas in about 45 minutes, and full service waxing for bigger areas in about an hour.

The facial menu includes an advanced facial aimed at acne, congestion and texture, which covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, and either extractions or an enzyme treatment. A corrective facial adds dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. Head spa options range from a 90-minute rejuvenating treatment with gentle exfoliation, a nourishing treatment and scalp massage, to a deluxe head spa and facial that combines scalp therapy with a customized facial that includes steam, massage and hydration.

Lash services include full-set extensions in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, which take about two hours, along with lash refills in the same three styles, and lash removal. Clients can book a mini refill or a removal-only visit.

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday ending at 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday running until 6 PM, Friday until 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may carry a fee of half the scheduled service, and a no-show is charged the full service amount. Some services, including microneedling, microdermabrasion and head spa packages, may require a non-refundable deposit, and repeated last-minute cancellations can lead to deposits on future bookings. Deposits to book range from $8 for express waxing to $75 for the deluxe head spa and facial.
