Pre-order units are colored by hand and can be ordered with a chosen cap size, length, lace size and color. Hairline customization is offered as none, light plucking or heavy plucking. The studio says its units can last two years or more with proper maintenance and describes them as premium quality.
Orders can be picked up at the Peters Street location and are usually ready in five or more days. Beyond finished units, the studio sells a Vendor List digital download of five hair vendors for $99; instant downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a package ships, USPS is responsible for it, and the studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
