Hair services are offered for all textures and lengths, and makeup and hairstyle services are also available.

Hair work includes haircuts for women, men, boys and girls, with every cut including a wash and style. Color options run from full and partial highlights to balayage, color correction and color maintenance. Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments are also listed. Products used include Wella Professionals, Brazilian Blowout and Purorganic.

Eyebrow services cover threading, tinting and microshading, also called ombre powder brows. A numbing cream can be added to threading. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, personalized in cat eye, doll eye, natural or open looks, and can last up to three weeks. Refills, removal and a patch test are offered, and a first set can take three to four hours.

Private one-on-one studio classes are available, including an eyelash certification course listed at a value of $1,500 as a package, with a $500 security deposit required. The studio says it guarantees quality.

Visits can be booked online, by phone or as walk-ins, though guests are asked to check availability first. Online bookings are paid in full at booking, and phone bookings for chemical services require a deposit. Appointments can be changed or cancelled at least two days ahead through the link in confirmation messages, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be refunded in full. Cash, card, Zelle and Venmo are accepted. Early and late time slots are reserved for loyalty clients.

Before lash appointments, clients are asked not to bring extra guests, avoid caffeine, and remove eye makeup and contacts. Hair should be washed beforehand so it stays dry during the first 24 hours. Clients who have a sore throat, fever or feel unwell are asked to stay home. Texts are answered at any time, though not always quickly, and calls are taken during business hours. Hours are Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Sunday closed.

Eyelash extensions are personalized to the look a client wants, and hair services are offered across all textures and lengths.
