The studio avoids aggressive treatments that could cause inflammation or damage, and every visit begins with a private consultation and skin assessment. Signature facials are customized after a conversation about the client's skin and an analysis by the esthetician, and that analysis sets the flow of the appointment. Depending on the skin that day, the esthetician may combine modalities such as microcurrent, radio frequency, LED light, ultrasound and high-pressure oxygen infusion, and not every available modality is used at each visit.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Express facial built around DiamondGlow dermalinfusion, a hydrating mask and LED, to the Katrin Signature line in 75, 90 and 105-minute versions that include a CBD neck and shoulder massage and extractions. The 75-minute Signature is the studio's suggestion for a first visit, and the 90-minute version is the one the studio says is booked most often. Other facials include an Acne Clarity Facial for active breakouts, including hormonal acne, and a Gentleman's Facial for men. The studio recommends returning for a Signature facial about every five weeks. If a client's concerns need more time than the appointment allows, the aesthetician says so at the end of the visit rather than extending it on the day.

Advanced treatments include SkinPen microneedling, a 90-minute collagen induction treatment priced at $400 and usually done as a series of four to six sessions, which can be done on the body as well. Clear + Brilliant is a non-ablative 1440nm fractional laser for fine lines, texture, pores and radiance, priced at $500, and Clear + Brilliant Permea uses a 1927nm fractional laser for pigmentation, uneven tone and sun damage. BioRePeelCl3 is a 45-minute, non-invasive 30% TCA peel priced at $300, and PRX Biorevitalizer is a needle-free biostimulating treatment with no visible peeling, priced at $300 or $375 with dermaplaning and microcurrent. Pre- and post-care instructions are provided for microneedling and Clear + Brilliant, including sun avoidance, product pauses and a waiting period before other treatments.

Body services include a 45-minute Back Facial for the back and shoulders, a Thermatone Body RF radiofrequency treatment at $175, and a 45-minute MyoContour microcurrent and infrared wrap at $175 for the arms, abdomen and legs or buttocks. Nail services use non-toxic Dazzle Dry polish and CND Shellac Gel, and the studio does not offer acrylic or dip powder. Clients with existing Shellac are asked to book a removal before their appointment. Packages of three or six sessions, with savings of 10 to 15 percent, are available for many facials and peels. Appointments are required, same-day visits can be arranged by text, cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and the studio sells skincare products and gift cards. Parking is available on nearby streets, including free four-hour parking along Central Way.
