The studio is at 400 Urban PIZ, Studio 9, inside Salon Republic in downtown Kirkland, off Peter Kirk Lane and across from Shake Shack. Parking is in the garage below the QFC, and clients should bring their parking ticket to have it validated. Clients arriving at the studio are asked to text their arrival to 425.221.5189.

Facials are built around each client's skin rather than a fixed menu. The 60-minute custom facial ($160) is tailored to the client's skin, and the 90-minute version ($240) adds ultrasonic exfoliation, microcurrent and LED light therapy. Hydrafacial options include the 60-minute Deluxe Hydrafacial ($250), a device-based, non-invasive resurfacing treatment suited to all skin types, and the 90-minute Ultimate Glow Hydrafacial ($315), which adds a customized booster serum and LED light therapy and microcurrent to the full Hydrafacial. Concern-focused facials are also offered for acne-prone skin, anti-aging support, dehydrated skin, and sensitive or rosacea-prone skin.

Peels are chosen and applied for each client based on skin needs, tone and sensitivity. A Custom Peel costs $120. Level 1 peels involve no downtime, and a series of four is recommended. BioRePeel ($250) is a resurfacing treatment built on patented two-phase technology, usually lasting about 30 to 45 minutes, with a series of four recommended. Light flaking can appear between day two and day four, though some clients don't flake at all. Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz and surface buildup and can be paired with a facial or peel.

Appointments are requested through the online scheduler and are confirmed once accepted. Packages reduce the cost per visit: three facials receive 10% off and six receive 15% off. The Monthly Self-Care membership is $130 a month and includes one 60-minute custom facial each month, 20% off upgraded facials with the membership credit applied, 10% off in-studio product purchases (excluding gift certificates, packages, and purchases from Colorscience or SkinBetter Science websites), and early notice of member exclusives. Questions about product choices can be texted to the studio.

Each facial is built around the client's skin needs, with the aim of an ongoing skincare plan rather than one-off visits.

The studio is designed for relaxation and offers a silent appointment option.
