Color is the main focus. Options include highlights with face frame, foils, balayage or ombre; single and double process color; dimensional color built from two or more formulas; vivid color; toner and gloss; bleach retouches for new growth; and color correction, which begins with a consultation and can take several processes.
Cuts run from bangs and shags to short styles such as buzz cuts, pixies and microbobs, and mid to long styles such as bobs, lobs, long layers and butterfly cuts. A custom alternative cut is designed by the stylist, client-directed or worked out together. Haircut housecalls, where the stylist comes to the client's home or another location, must be approved before booking. Wash and style and an Olaplex bond building treatment are also offered.
The studio runs a Pay What You Can haircut, a 90-minute appointment where the client chooses the price paid. A limited number are offered each month to new and existing clients. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a full cancellation fee.
