Haircut options run from a men's dry cut by clipper or scissor and a kids' cut for children ages 5 to 10 to a deluxe cut that includes a wash, blow-dry and style, with layers, face framing or bangs as needed. Shorter maintenance visits cover bang trims and face frames, and styling appointments are a blowout with a wash.

Color work ranges from gloss and toner refreshes and root touch-ups to all-over solid color, partial and full highlights, and vivid color. Price for vivid color depends on hair type, density, any color correction needed and the result you want. Consultations are free and come before the appointment: a short color consultation is recommended for all color services, and a longer one is required before extensions are ordered. Lightening services include K-18 bond repair, which can also be added on its own.

Policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice, no-shows, and arrivals 15 minutes or more late are charged a 30% fee, and late guests are asked to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
