Color removal is also offered for clients moving away from previous color.

Hair extensions are a major part of the salon. Clients can have existing extensions removed, bring their own extensions for installation, or book extensions with installation, with the salon using Bellami hair and matching color to the client. Cuts, dry cuts with styling, and wash-and-style services with a scalp massage and blowout are available, as well as updos, a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment and makeup.

For regular upkeep, the salon has monthly wash memberships and wash packages. Members receive a set number of washes, styles or blowouts each month, and most plans include a deep conditioning treatment and a scalp massage. Memberships and package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service as usual.

Visits are booked by appointment. Hours vary by day, with the salon open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Deposits range from $10 to $250 depending on the service, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the booking fee is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook.
