Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius page, which also handles payment. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 6 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Fridays.
New clients pay a deposit toward their first visit: $20 for most services, $30 for highlight packages and all-over or multi-tonal color, and $50 for the larger highlight packages, platinum card and vivid transformation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 20% of the scheduled total, and no-shows are charged 50%. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. Clients are asked to let the studio know if they will be more than 5 to 10 minutes late, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean losing part or all of the appointment, at the artist's discretion.
Highlight work ranges from a small set of face-framing foils to full-head lightening, with platinum retouches for solid blonde hair and vivid transformations that combine lightening with vivid color. Each highlight package includes toner, Olaplex, dusting, deep conditioning, a scalp massage and a blowout.
A single-artist studio, so appointments are handled by Katie Pace.
The studio describes its chair as a judgment-free space where clients can relax and be themselves.
