Every extension client begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to talk through the look they want, how their color will be matched, and which method suits them. Consultations also cover pricing and upkeep, with the goal of a custom plan for each client.

Booking an extension appointment requires a $300 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the total cost of service. The deposit must be used within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or it is forfeited, and cancellations or no-shows forfeit it as well. To move the deposit to a new time, at least 48 hours' notice is needed.

Color services and a keratin treatment are available to extension clients and to existing clients who have not gone through a transition. Options run from a 30-minute gloss or face-frame appointment to single process, partial and full foil highlights, with a full foil taking just over three hours. Bonita kit redos and fixes are also offered, with pricing that varies by service.

Work is customized from the start: consultations set out pricing, maintenance and a custom plan for each client.
