Haircuts are split by client status. New clients book a haircut that includes a consultation and run 90 minutes or more, starting at $80. Existing clients book a haircut with a wash and style, starting at $75, and short lengths can skip the wash on request. Bang trims and undercuts, a quick fade or shave under the nape or on the sides, are offered to existing clients only.

Color ranges from toner and gloss to root touch-ups on single process color, all-over single process color, mini, partial and full dimension highlights or balayage, and correction or transformation color. New clients must book a $20, 45-minute color consultation before any color service. Root touch-ups are for existing clients returning within eight weeks of their last color appointment.

Other services include blowouts with an iron, an extensions consultation for adding volume or length, and a Brazilian Blowout treatment described as reducing frizz and smoothing hair without formaldehyde. Add-ons include a scalp or deep conditioning treatment and a silent appointment at no charge.

Booking terms: a 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a no-show is charged the cancellation fee or a late fee if the service still goes ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking site, which shows 50 reviews.

Katherine works on a single-stylist basis, with a focus on cutting, coloring and weaving hair and seeing clients happy with the result after styling.
