The color menu is the main focus. Dimensional color suits brunettes who want a little lift without going blonde, and heavily lightened hair that needs dimension or toning. Color is matched to each client's natural underlying tones and works best on hair that has been lightened before or has never been colored. Gloss is a semi-permanent toner that conditions and adds shine, can last up to 25 washes, and includes a wash and style; its price can rise with hair length and density. Base color, at $70, is for clients with full color who need root touch-ups and does not include a haircut. Vivid color, at $80, is a fashion shade placed over lightened hair.

Cuts are tailored to each client's features and daily routine, with styling tips, product suggestions and general advice. Blowouts can be sleek, big and bouncy, soft waves or curls. Treatments include protein and moisturizing options, mineral build-up removal and Olaplex. Extensions begin with an in-person consultation and a deposit that goes toward the service. The stylist states certification in five extension methods for added fullness, length or both, and the studio publishes at-home care guidance for tape-in, K-tip and weft extensions.

New clients submit an online form and are contacted within 24 to 48 hours to schedule. They may be asked for three or more inspiration photos and must text a first and last name to the stylist's number. A card is taken at booking and is charged only for a cancellation or no-show. Returning clients book through the stylist's online booking site. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead avoid a fee; changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the booked services to the card on file.
