The menu is organized into blowouts, color, cuts, extensions and a free consultation. Color leans toward blonding, with balayage, foil and babylight highlights, toner, and a custom color correction service that is priced and timed by starting point and goal. A clear gloss without added tone is available for shine alone, and tone-correcting glosses can neutralize unwanted tones or refresh faded blonde or brunette.

Extensions include sew-ins, tape-ins and keratin bonds, with the method chosen during an extension consultation. New extension clients, and existing clients buying new hair, need that 30-minute consultation before booking an installation, which is scheduled separately. Existing extension clients can book move-up appointments for sew-in rows, and tape-in removal and reapplication visits.

Starting prices may rise based on hair length, thickness, additional product and the time needed. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service, no-shows are charged the full service, and arriving more than 10 minutes late puts a visit at risk of cancellation with a full charge. No refunds are given.
