Visitors check in at the guard shack at The Summit, then park in the floor 2 garage near the door labelled N. Appointments can be booked online. Haircut and color prices include a consultation, shampoo and blow-dry unless noted otherwise. Prices vary with the stylist's experience level, hair length and density, and styling prices can shift with hair length and density as well.

Hair services range from cuts for children, tweens, men and women to single and double process color, partial and full highlights, balayage and fashion shades. Curly hair options pair curly cuts and sets with color and highlighting. Texture services include permanent waves in three options and keratin treatments, from a quicker express blowdry that lasts up to 8 weeks to a full keratin treatment that lasts 4 to 5 months. Corrective color requires a consultation before booking, and bridal appointments require a 50% deposit at the trial appointment.

Beyond hair, the salon offers nail services, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and brow tinting, and waxing. Lash extension appointments take a non-refundable $15 deposit that is applied to the service cost. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled cost. Treatment add-ons can only be combined with other services. Services are not refunded, but a guest who wants changes can return for a free adjustment, and unsatisfactory retail products are refunded or credited to the account.

The salon states its aim as providing high-level service from professional stylists, using quality products and close attention to detail.
