Owner Kat Gold founded the salon, and extensions, wigs and hair systems make up a large part of the work. Consultations can be booked in person at the salon or over FaceTime. A consultation is required before keratin treatments, highlights, extensions and appointments longer than three hours. Hair systems are non-surgical replacements made and tailored to each client, offered to both men and women.

Color services cover base color and roots, highlights, ombre and balayage, and color correction. Keratin treatments use Naturia Organics keratin, which the salon describes as organic and formaldehyde free; the treatment is listed as lasting about four months with a sealer and takes around two hours. Men's and women's haircuts usually take between 30 and 60 minutes.

Red light therapy uses infrared and red LED light between 660 and 840 nanometers. Clients can book lights only or a full treatment that adds scalp massage and oil. According to the salon, red light therapy reduces genetic and age-related hair thinning and loss when combined with oil and conditioning treatment.

Extensions are sold through Great Lengths, which the salon says sources its hair through voluntary donations. The salon describes these as 100 percent virgin Remy human hair from India, bonded with a protein polymer. Wig brands include Jon Renau, HairUWear, Raquel Welch and Lordhair.com. The salon provides vouchers and receipts so clients can seek insurance reimbursement, but does not state that it bills insurance directly.

Kat Gold describes a classic, polished but approachable and versatile style that blends East Coast and West Coast influences. She believes a cut and color should play up a client's strongest features and suit their complexion, eyes and bone structure.
