Color is the core of the menu. Short, medium and long hair color each include an Olaplex treatment, and haircuts are booked separately. First-time color clients must book a free color consultation before a color appointment, and color services carry a $50 deposit. Unicorn Color is a custom vivid service in which the client hands the stylist full control over colors and placements, which can include rainbows and designs.

Cuts range from quick bang trims between full haircuts to dry cuts without shampoo, haircut and shampoo visits with a quick blowdry, a curly cut that leaves time for consultation and diffuse drying, and a shampoo and blowout with deep conditioning. Gender affirming haircuts are offered in feminine, masculine or in-between styles and include shampoo. Fairy Hair tinsel comes in three options, and clients should arrive with clean, dry hair. The tinsel can last from one day to several months, and some shedding is normal.

The salon describes itself as an LGBTQIA+ safe space. Its policies include a 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and for no-shows, gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount (sales are final), and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
