New clients start with the online New Client Inquiry form, which asks for two photos of current hair length, front and back. Inquiries are answered within one to two days, excluding weekends, and the salon is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Booking and pricing questions are not taken through direct messages.

The menu is grouped into add-ons, color refresh services, extension services, lightening, and haircuts with styling. Color refresh options include gloss with blowout, signature hair revival and solid root touch-ups with gloss, each offered for long or short-to-medium hair. Extension work includes installation with a wash and blowdry, first and second move-ups, removal and an in-person consultation.

Lightening can be booked once the last application of box dye or permanent color is at least 12 months old, and any chemical relaxer must be fully grown out first. Lightening options include a face frame or money piece, a full custom experience, a no-bleach brunette look and partial touch-ups.

Products are chosen according to each client's hair needs. The salon's shop page lists Unite, Milbon, Olaplex, Redken, Color Wow, Amika and K18 professional hair care, and in-salon and online prices may differ. Shop items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once ordered.

Clients are sometimes filmed during appointments for educational or social media content, and they are asked beforehand whether they are comfortable being recorded.

The Signature Layers and Blowout 1:1 Look and Learn session is an observation-only class for licensed hairstylists and cosmetology students, priced at $500. The Signature Layers and Blowout 1:1 Masterclass, priced at $1,200, is for licensed hairstylists only and includes a live model demo, hands-on practice on a mannequin with guidance, and a mentorship lunch meeting. Both have no refunds or transfers, and payment plans are available.
