Every visit starts with a consultation. Appointments are paced on purpose: before any cutting or mixing of color, the stylist talks through your styling habits, your color history and how much maintenance you are comfortable with. Color and blonding are usually booked a few weeks ahead, while haircuts tend to have more flexibility. Walk-ins are accepted by inquiry.

The team is described as a collective of highly trained stylists, many of whom are educators. Services range from soft layers, structured bobs, shags and clean short cuts to fringe work and shape corrections, with bang trims and maintenance trims offered between full appointments. Haircut rebooking is suggested every 6, 8 or 10 weeks.

Clients can combine services, for example a haircut with color or blonding with a treatment.
