A facelift is usually about two hours under local anesthetic with relaxing medication, and it can be combined with a cheek lift to address muscle looseness.

Botox and Dysport are botulinum toxin type A injections used mainly for deep wrinkles of the upper face, such as crow's feet, forehead lines and brow furrows, and take about five to ten minutes in the office with no downtime. Dermal fillers, usually hyaluronic acid products such as Restylane and Juvederm, restore volume and smooth lines, with Radiesse and Sculptra offered selectively for structural support or longer-term collagen stimulation. Dr. Karolak hand-selects each skincare product based on its active ingredients.

Booking begins with a surgical consultation fee of $500, paid when scheduling to reserve time. The fee applies to in-person consultations and to FaceTime or Skype virtual consultations, and it can be applied to surgery only if the procedure is booked within 12 months of the consultation. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the consultation fee and forfeit applying it to future surgery or services. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on weekends. The practice reserves the right to change its consultation policy and fee schedule at any time.
