Visits can begin with a consultation, offered at no charge, to talk through hair goals and recommend services. Extension work includes removal starting at $30 and a weft move-up starting at $195, which is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. Color options run from root touch-ups and gloss refreshes to mini, partial and full blonde, lived-in color and all-over color. Haircuts are customized to each client and include a blow dry and style, starting at $90. An extra charge may apply for very thick hair or extensions.

Changes to appointments need 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the full cost. After more than one late cancellation or no-show, a deposit is required for future appointments.
