Permanent brow work is planned around a two-session approach. Kara's Signature Brow is a 2.5-hour two-part service that includes a consultation, brow mapping, signature shaping, tattooing, an aftercare kit and a touch-up 5 to 12 weeks later. Color Boost is a 1.75-hour maintenance visit for clients who keep at least half of their existing pigment, and clients who need more fading corrected may need a second session. Brow 101 is a one-hour foundational appointment that is required before a new client can book shaping.

All appointments are by appointment only and are prepaid, with a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot and the balance due at the visit or paid in cash on the day. Cancellations and rescheduling need 72 hours' notice, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled with a fee. Clients should stop tweezing, waxing, tinting or threading 4 to 6 weeks before microblading, combo, nano or lamination work. Some services are not performed on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, sunburned, on Accutane within one year, undergoing chemotherapy, or diabetic. The salon also runs Nicole's Gift, which has provided free microblading to 108 cancer survivors since 2016, and gives 20% off to active military ID holders.

Permanent brow work is done as a two-session process, with a touch-up used to check healing and how well the ink holds. The studio focuses on brows rather than full-face services.
