Kara Sánchez Reed

Kara Sánchez Reed owns Kara Sanchez Beauty and works as a certified microblader, trainer and permanent makeup artist. She has been doing brows since 1997, has 25 years of experience in brows, and has been a business owner since 2006. Her training includes seven years at MAC, where she became MAC Certified in bridal, fashion show, HDTV and contouring work. She has a BA in Communications from the College of Charleston, completed in 2003, and trained as a paramedical esthetician at FCNH in Orlando, Florida, completed in 2006. She is trained and licensed in angioma removal using electrocauterization. She also works as a trainer for Laura Mercier and Anastasia, and has worked with trainers and artists including Lindsey Ta, Hoi Kwan, Rebecca Chung, Shay Danielle, Shaughnessy Otsuji, Elena Nikora and Suzé Steyl. Her work centers on microblading, combo and nano brows, brow lamination, tinting and shaping. She favors two sessions, with a follow-up visit to check healing and ink retention.
